Shipping information for Christmas

Dear customers,

we know how important it is for you to give presents to your loved ones. To ensure that the gifts arrive on time, please note the shipping deadlines.

These are based on the DHL shipping information, to which we add the time we need to pack your parcels.

So that we can send all your parcels on time, these order deadlines apply for guaranteed delivery by Christmas:

• Germany: 15 December 2023
• Neighbouring German countries: 9 December 2023
• Other European countries: 6 December 2023

These dates do NOT apply to Print on Demand items! If you have a Print on Demand item in your shopping basket and would like the other items in advance, they must be ordered INDIVIDUALLY. Orders will not be split!
