Right of withdrawal and exceptions
You can cancel your order according to the legal right of withdrawal without giving reasons. You can find more information in the revocation instruction.
Attention: The right of revocation does not apply if:
- in the case of contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software, such as games (e.g. CDs, LPs, DVDs) in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of tickets for events of any kind with a specific date or period (e.g. concerts);
- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed (e.g. piercings, contact lenses);
- for the delivery of sealed goods which become unusable for resale after opening, such as trading card games, board games and card games of all kinds.

Our voluntary take-back guarantee
Without restricting the legal right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 90-day extended return guarantee for the articles which are also subject to the legal right of withdrawal.
If the conditions of our voluntary take-back guarantee are more favourable for you, we will apply them to your revocation.
Within the scope of this voluntary take-back guarantee, we assume the costs of the return shipment if you use our return center for the return from Germany. Otherwise, the same conditions apply to the voluntary take-back guarantee as to the legal right of revocation (see our revocation instruction above), extended to 90 days.

Processing of the return shipment
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must make a declaration to that effect. You can do this by filling out the cancellation form and sending it to us.
If you return the goods to us within the revocation period without comment (i.e. not declaring, for example, that you are returning the goods due to defects), this is also considered a revocation declaration.
For the return we provide you with a free return label in the returns portal.
Select your country in the returns portal and follow the instructions of our shipping service provider. Simply enter your address, then print out the automatically generated receipt and stick it onto your parcel. This label is usually accepted by local post offices.

Return of faulty or defective articles
Within the 90-day return guarantee you can use our returns portal to return the item(s). After these 90 days have expired, please contact our customer service to make your complaint.

Returns information
You are expressly not obliged to give reasons, but we would still like to ask you to fill out our returns information form and note or mark the reason for the withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (yvolve Logistik - Retourenservice, Einsteinstraße 6, 49835 Wietmarschen, Germany, e-mail: service@yvolve.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the low-cost standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
