Shipping costs
There is no minimum order value with us!
Depending on the country there are different shipping costs:
4,95 €: Germany
9,95 €: Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech
Republic, Poland, Italy
12,95 €: Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, England, Scotland, Norway,
Sweden, Finland, Slovakia
In our webshop, the prices quoted are in Euro including VAT. (currently 16%
and 5% for books and magazines). Postage and packing are added.

in the shopping basket checkout on the order confirmation page.
Duties and fees
When importing ordered goods into countries that are not members of the EU,
import duties are payable in the form of import VAT and customs duties. The
necessary forms are already completely filled out by us. The import turnover
tax is levied on the order value including shipping costs and corresponds to
the value added tax valid in your country. Additional customs duties may be
levied, which may vary considerably depending on the goods ordered and your
country. Detailed information can be obtained from the local customs office.
Delivery
Normally we send all ordered articles in only one package. Within Germany we
deliver with Deutsche Post and DHL.

Delivery time
Delivery time within Germany:
We deliver your order within 7 to 14 working days after receipt of order or
payment, unless a different delivery time is indicated on the item. There is
a different delivery time e.g. for pre-ordered articles.
Returns
Without restricting the legal right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary
30-day extended return guarantee for the articles which are also subject to
the legal right of withdrawal.
Please note the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
