Poor Service

On ordering at the beginning of December the website said delivery in advance of Xmas.
I had to email multiple times to get updates. There were constant production delays I was told but I had to reach out to them. No information proactively from the company.
Eventually the product arrived almost a month after Xmas. At which point, it had no impact as a present. The mug itself is fine but nothing special and the poor service ruins it.
